Preparation: Add all the ingredients to the glass, with plenty of ice, except the Angostura and the Tonic Water. Mix the first ingredients inside the glass and add TOP of tonic water. Garnish with a half-moon of dehydrated grapefruit, mint and finish with 5 strokes of Angostura Bitter.
